Southern Lifestyle Villages’ second over-50s land lease community is selling Stage 1.

OceanView Lifestyle Resort in Encounter Bay, will have a total of 315 homes across 15.5ha in the bay, 85km south of Adelaide, South Australia.

It will have an indoor swimming pool, gymnasium, bowling greens, indoor cinema, private function centre and manicured grounds.

The first venture for the private business is Lakeside Lifestyle Resort Goolwa, Goolwa North, 66km south of Adelaide’s CBD, which has just opened its Leisure Lounge.
