One Fell Swoop launches Dux Churchill retirement living in Ringwood, Melbourne, for Orian International

The display suite was opened at the weekend for two sold-out sessions to launch the real estate developer Orion International Group’s first foray into the sector.

One Fell Swoop is acting early to build interest. Site demolition is currently under way and construction is expected to begin in the middle of next year.

Orion International's Dux Churchill in Ringwood, 25km east of Melbourne’s CBD, will have 57 two- and three-bedroom apartments, from $739,000. It has been designed by VIA Architects with interior design by Studio Tate.

ABC’s brutal lack of balance by omission

There is no doubt the two broadcasts on the ABC’s 7..30 program and media posts will, as it appears intended, hurt the retirement living sector, particularly the owners’ featured. There is close to a total lack of balance in The SOURCE’s view, as echoed by the NSW, ACT and QLD residents associations
