The state government's Regional Development Assessment Panel approved the Sydney-based diversified property developer’s third over 55s lifestyle resort in WA on Thursday, 6 March.
Stockland Project Director Andrew Wallis said: “Following the successful launch of Halcyon Wildflower in Piara Waters and Halcyon Illyarrie in Sinagra, West Australians have demonstrated a strong interest in the land lease model.”
Serenitas’ National Lifestyle Villages, which has nine land lease communities in WA, has sold at least 80% of homes at its 10th, The Vantage Lifestyle Resort also in Vasse, which is a suburb in Busselton, the city 200km south of Perth and 36km north of Margaret River.
