Upgrading: Stockland Halcyon builds $13.5M clubhouses

1 min read

Designed by award-winning architects ClarkeHopkinsClarke and built by Insitu Group, the new clubhouse will provide homeowners with a range of resort-quality facilities that support an active lifestyle and community connections.

New homeowners Jeff and Mary are making the move from Stockland Highlands residential estate to Halcyon Highlands in Mickleham, 29km north of Melbourne’s CBD. The land lease community lies with the established and award winning masterplanned residential community, with access to schools, shops, major sporting facilities, nature reserves and playgrounds.

“When this came about I thought what a fantastic opportunity to go home, go to the gym, go to the pool, plays bowls and interact with other people,” Jeff said.

“Our life will be so much better, enriched, and we will have much to do rather than sitting at home watching the TV. It’s downsizing from our house at the moment but we are actually upgrading with the facilities we don’t have at home.”

Once complete, Halcyon Highlands will comprise around 239 architecturally designed homes, each with a 7-star energy rating and a 3.9-kilowatt solar system as standard.

General Manager of Stockland Halcyon Victoria, James Westh, said the new clubhouse is expected to be completed in early 2026.

Halcyon Highlands will hold its first Discovery Tour on Thursday, 6 March, from 10:30am to 12:30pm.
