John Innes departs club/retirement living JV group Pariter with Tom Roche assuming CEO position

After five years establishing Pariter and creating a pipeline of joint ventures with community and golf clubs, John Innes has handed the CEO role to Tom Roche.

Tom has led numerous large real estate and infrastructure transactions for many top tier Australian and international institutions. 

Pariter has three projects in retirement living. It is a partner in the Watermark Residences under development at Newgreens Chatswood, 10km north of Sydney’s CBD; in May 2023 it announced an agreement with Mingara Leisure Group to co-develop a new retirement living precinct adjacent to the Mingara Recreation Club in Tumbi Umbi on the NSW Central Coast; and is co-ordinated the proposal for a retirement living development at Cumberland Country Golf Club in Greystanes, 25km west of Sydney’s CBD.
