Little fish are sweet: retirement villages receive renovation funds in NSW Gov. Community Building Partnerships

RSL LifeCare’s Lakes of Cherrybrook received $21,937 for a residents' outdoor recreation hub; Kingsford Smith Village $9,192 for an acoustic upgrade of its community centre; Chauvel Village receives $5,000 for a Commemorative Mural (War Memorial), and Linton Retirement Village $6,494 for a community outdoor area. 

Not For Profit Scalabrini Villages received $18,400 for community bocce at Scalabrini Chipping Norton,  27km southwest of Sydney's CBD.  

Calvary received $30,000 for a dementia friendly garden at Calvary St Martins de Porres residential aged care home in Waratah, Newcastle, and Calvary St Francis in Eleebana, Lake Macquarie, 18km from Newcastle received $22,262.
