Colin Osborne, who was CEO (2012-2020) of Anglican Care, the aged care ministry of the Anglican Church of Newcastle, has accepted a similar role at another Not For Profit organisation Peninsula Villages, which operates on the NSW Central Coast.
During his time as CEO at Anglican Care, the Not For Profit grew by approximately 40% and now has 12 residential aged care homes, eight retirement villages and 400 community consumers.
Colin, who won three Australian Production Car Championships and is the former President and Chairman of CAMS (the Confederation of Australian Motor Sport), replaces Shane Neaves, who retired in July last year, after his second stint as CEO of Peninsula Villages.
“Colin is an advocate for improving the care and quality of life for all of our residents and recognises the essential role that each and every member of our team plays in delivering choice to those they work with. Colin has already displayed a fantastic commitment to our values and is leading the team for a new era in 2022,” said Peninsula Villages Honorary Chair, Jan-Maree Tweedie.
He will supported by the Executive Team with Jackie Bennett now in the position of Chief Operating Officer, Louise Clarke as Executive Care Manager and Nicola Burton leading Quality & Organisational Development.
Peninsula Villages has five residential aged care homes and three retirement villages.
