The must-have for a regional retirement village? Co-located aged care, says this first-time operator.

To commit $75 million to a big seniors’ living development in a regional area, you need to be sure that it is what residents want and need. This new village entrant says their project is on the money.

As we reported last month in The Weekly SOURCE, Flinders Village is a new co-located retirement village and aged care site being built at Tannum Sands, 25km from Gladstone in Central Queensland, by The Murray Group, which is headed by husband-and-wife team Stuart and Laurraine Murray.
