Care service platform provider Hayylo has added new analytics dashboards to help providers manage efficiencies and track the impact of their work.
Hayylo says its new Hayylo Analytics, a standard feature for all its customers, offers a number of benefits including insights on handle times, inefficiency, and scheduling practices; tracking enquiry type and volume; analysis of KPIs and team progress; pinpointing roadblocks; compliance request reporting; and tracking and monitoring of feedback.
“Over the past few months, we have been working closely with community care providers across Australia to understand what teams need to drive work forward efficiently,” said Hayylo CEO Greg Satur.
“Given the magnitude of effort faced by community care teams currently, we knew that by helping teams understand their environment it would allow them to make meaningful change that provide urgent efficiencies.”
Hayylo is also offering customised dashboards, as well as deep integration with providers’ CMS and finance tools.
