Anglicare Southern Queensland, which has 28 aged care homes in the region and 35,000 home care and disability clients, has refreshed its branding with the assistance of creative agency Hero.
The new identify, which took effect on 8 April, is designed to highlight the organisation’s reputation for providing trusted care and its long history, which dates back to 1870, while also reflecting a modern identity.
The refreshed branding will be showcased across all digital platforms, signage, uniforms, marketing collateral and vehicles with the new tagline ‘Anglicare. Today. Tomorrow. Together’.
The update follows a review of operations and services in March 2023, which resulted in the 2023-2025 Anglicare Strategy which has four strategic priorities including sustainable growth in residential aged care and becoming a market leader in home care.
Hero was chosen through a tender process, and worked with Anglicare Southern Queensland from the initial research phase, through strategic development and gathering feedback, and then design and roll out.
Anglicare Southern Queensland Chief Client Officer, Chloe Henry, said, “We’ve worked hard to ensure that our refreshed brand reflects not only our ongoing commitment to those we serve but also our ambitions for the future.
“The changes we’re implementing, from our new logo to the way we communicate our services, will help enable us to better tell our story and connect with Queenslanders."
Anglicare Southern Queensland achieved a surplus from continuing operations of $5.5 million in FY24, compared with a surplus of $2.3 million the previous year.
