Attention home care providers: do you feel optimistic for 2025?

1 min read

As home care providers prepare for a most important year ahead, aged care advisory firm Enkindle Consulting's 2025 Home Care Provider Outlook Survey is aiming to identify and highlight their key priorities and the challenges they face.

The 2025 Home Care Provider Outlook Survey, the third such annual survey by Enkindle, asks home care leaders, managers, and board members to share their thoughts about priorities, the challenges they are facing, where they anticipate to find revenue growth, and where they expect to see emerging new technologies.

Jennene Buckley, Founding Partner at Enkindle Consulting

The 16-question survey takes only 10-15 minutes to complete.

The results will be released early this year and provided to participants.

It's expected the findings will be a useful resource and help home care providers refine their strategies.

The survey is also intended to amplify home care providers' concerns to ensure stakeholders understand the home care landscape.

The 2025 survey relates to providers in the following programs: the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Home Care Package (HCP), Short Term Restorative Care (STRC), and the National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Flexible Aged Care Program (NATSIFACP)

More than 200 providers have already submitted their responses.

The survey, which is due to close on 27 January 2025, is available here.
