Geoff told The Weekly SOURCE that he was excited to join Home Instead as the aged care sector counts down to the introduction of Support at Home on 1 July 2025.

“I’ve come from a service background, working in organisations with a real people focused on service delivery and leading them through changes that are happening either within the organisation or externally,” he said.

“Aged care was an opportunity to utilise my skills in a different way, and it was an industry that I was very interested in so it was an easy decision for me to join Home Instead.”

“Knowing both the quality of the personalised standard that Home Instead delivers, but also being able to assist them through a significant period of change was one of the attractions of the role.”
