In 10 years, Mable has disrupted the aged care sector with its innovative peer-to-peer support model. Now the platform has unveiled a new free end-to-end solution for aged care and disability coordinators and providers seeking qualified, reliable workers.
Originally designed for people needing aged care and disability services to build their own support network, Mable now delivers over 100,000 hours of care monthly to over 280 B2B aged care clients – and growing.
“With almost 30% of clients on Mable now being managed by a coordinator or a provider, it was time for us to invest in specific product solutions to meet our provider and coordinator partners’ unique needs,” Luke Van Schie (pictured), Head of Business Partnerships at Mable, told The Weekly SOURCE.

After conducting research with aged care and NDIS providers to understand the challenges they face, Mable has now re-designed its platform to enable providers to design their own workflows based on their specific needs, improving efficiency and service delivery.
What’s different?
The new Business Solutions dashboard (pictured) includes two access points: an organisational login (for business leaders to oversee staff and client details) and a coordinator login (for day-to-day care managers).
The platform also offers three new features:
-
Manage Workers: This includes links to plan support, communicate with workers, review services, and manage pending agreements.
-
Manage Jobs: Allows coordinators and providers to track job status, prioritise tasks, and review open, filled, or expiring jobs.
-
My Clients: Enables users to filter clients by status, view alerts, and quickly manage tasks like agreements and messages.
Other benefits include:
-
Compliance tracking: Providers can access important client data and incident reports to meet their regulatory requirements.
-
Support notes: Care workers can document service delivery and any health or wellbeing changes, which are then accessible for review by managers or clinical teams.
-
Critical worker information: Includes qualifications, police checks, insurance, and culturally appropriate care documentation, which are used especially for audits or compliance checks.
-
Incident alerts: Providers receive instant alerts on critical incidents and can download reports for further action.
“Providers and coordinators can manage support at scale while maintaining flexibility and ensuring compliance with the sector regulations,” added Luke.
In addition, Mable provides support for its B2B clients, including onboarding assistance, training, and dedicated Account Managers to help providers set up and use the platform, and Senior Relationship Managers to work with each organisation.
