Stage One of the new Hometown Glenfern Thrumster land lease community, which is 10 minutes’ drive from Port Macquarie on the NSW Mid North Coast, is selling two-bed/two-bath new homes from $595,000. The median two-bed home price in Port Macquarie is $625,000.
Originally, Stage 1 included 11 homes for sale; however, due to demand Hometown Australia added a
further 22 homes. There are just two homes in Stage 1 remaining on sale.
Alongside the builder MJH Multi, Hometown Australia has created an array of innovative home designs for over-50s living.
