The two-bedroom, two-bathroom display residence, styled in partnership with Coco Republic, reflects another top-quality over 55s development in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

“Opening the new display residence and sales office provides prospective residents a chance to see the quality in every little detail for which Mirvac has forged its reputation over the past 50 years, offering downsizers something that they can touch and feel before they embark on their next chapter at The Langlee by Mirvac. Recent activity on site as we near completion has seen strong interest in the remaining apartments,” Mirvac General Manager Residential Development NSW Toby Long said.

There are 55 oversized luxury residences and penthouses across four buildings at The Langlee, together with a resident-only Wellness Centre which includes a 20-metre indoor pool, treatment and steam rooms, gym, yoga and stretching space. Residents will also have access to a Rooftop Sky Garden with a barbecue and outdoor dining and lounging space.

The Langlee by Mirvac website states Lot 23, a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 1 car 125sqm residence is for sale for $3.675 million, while a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment 112msq with a parking space, is priced at $3.350 million.
