Tracey O’Hanlon has joined UnitingCare Queensland’s Property Services as General Manager Facilities and Maintenance, responsible for managing the Not For Profit’s extensive property portfolio.
She steps up from her role as BlueCare Facilities Manager, following senior facilities and logistics management roles with BHP, TechnologyOne and Foxtel.
Tracey and her team are directly responsible for the management and performance of the portfolio, which includes more than 225 buildings and associated grounds spread across QLD, from Stanthorpe to Thursday Island.
Property assets include aged care, retirement living, community service and retail outlets for well-known UnitingCare brands including BlueCare and Lifeline.
“UnitingCare is well down the path to transforming our property management approach as the wider Property Team moves into a phase of consolidation. This is building on two years of rapid change and innovation,” she said.
“The Portfolio is diverse and challenging in terms of supporting Regional and Remote sites in our current climate. Our Maintenance Teams are key to our success and deliver great service to our sites.”
