From the analytics, January 2025 saw a 6% increase in users Year On Year and February has seen a continuation of this trend with a 16.7% increase in users over the last 30 days as the market hots up.
'Engagement' metrics is also showing a YOY improvement.
Enquiries increase
There has been just over 2,000 email enquiries in the last 30 days, which is a record number for villages.com.au, and January showed a 60% increase on December, which is also a month-on-month record.
Rentals
In the past 12 months we have seen a significant increase in people looking for rentals, perhaps not surprisingly at the affordable end of the market. People looking for rentals on Villages can do a ‘Rental Villages’ search.
