The listed Ingenia operates rental villages, land lease communities and tourism parks.
Ingenia Care was launched in 2014 for its rental village residents and is a free care coordination and advocacy service that provides access to in-home care and supports residents across all Ingenia Gardens communities.
Ingenia General Manager Care Development, Janene Eagleton says, “Our Ingenia Care service enables residents to receive timely care without having to go through the frustration of trying to find the services themselves. The care coordination team visits each of our 26 communities every six months to reassess residents to make sure they are accessing the most appropriate services.”
