Another week, another merger. This time IRT has agreed to buy MHNS, which has been providing home care services in Bega Valley, Cooma-Monaro and Eurobodalla for over 20 years.
Their 134 employees and 600 clients will now transfer to the community Not For Profit, which says the home care acquisition is part of its continued investment in regional communities and will help strengthen its existing footprint on the far NSW South Coast and grow into the Cooma-Monaro area.
The transition is expected to be finalised next month.
