Regulation creep the new threat for land lease operators

The lack of suitable land and lengthy planning approvals are a deterrent for new entrants to the land lease sector – with just 50,000 homes in the pipeline for the next 10 years, operators need to band together and advocate for State and local Government intervention or risk losing ground to retirement villages.
