The number of home care recipients with the highest Package level has continued to decline in 2022-23 as the Government looks to reign in the $2.6 billion in unspent funds across the system.

The latest Aged Care Snapshot from the Department of Health and Aged Care confirms that most home care recipients are sitting on Level 2 and 3 Packages.
