Aged care providers with Labour Agreements in place are being inundated with enquiries from prospective staff – but many operators are putting the Labor Government’s workforce solution in the ‘too hard’ basket’.

Despite the aged care sector crying out for workers, just 11 providers have taken up the Government’s Industry Labour Agreements since it was launched in May this year – and the strict MoU requirements with the relevant unions are being blamed.
