Disability providers are losing workers to aged care; aged care is losing to the hospital system: is there a better way?

With widespread workforce shortages across the health and aged care sector, the potential for shared resourcing and a more collaborative approach could not only provide greater efficiencies and cost savings – it could deliver better continuity and quality of care, say operators.
