With the current returns in home care not financially sustainable, the Government yanks out new income from Taskforce recommendations.

Recently, we attended StewartBrown’s 2024 Aged Care Finance Forum in Sydney. While the residential aged care results for FY24 continue to be negative, home care also presented a worrying picture.

The operating result per client per day was $2.76, down from $3.14 in
