Allam Property Group is relying on its 30-plus years of experience as an end-to-end developer to expand its land lease footprint with two new communities due for approval next year and at least three more acquisitions in their pipeline.

Founded in 1991 by the late Barney Allam OAM who passed away in August this year, Allam began life as a contract housing builder, but has since expanded to building residential homes and estates on the NSW Central Coast, Hunter Valley and South Coast.
