With demand for rentals set to skyrocket, former Ingenia CEO Simon Owen (pictured above) is taking Eureka vertical as he aims to deliver a new vision for the rental village operator.
It took just six weeks in his new role as CEO of the only pure-play seniors’ rental communities' operator, for the man who transformed two small village operators into the then $1.65 billion ASX-listed Ingenia Communities, to reveal his objectives.
