The Victorian Not For Profit has tapped global professional services firm Cognizant to integrate its IT systems and improve the digital experience for its staff, customers and families.

In its first transformation in the Australian aged care and retirement living sector, Cognizant – led in Australia by CEO Jane Livesey – will work with mecwacare to design and implement a single integrated platform across the operator’s full range of services in what will likely be a two- to five-year project.
