In December last year, a judge gave Adrian Puljich the Christmas present he had wanted for eight years: the first vertical over-50s land lease community development in Australia had been approved.
Adrian is a man with big ambitions and equally big achievements. He is a Director and Chief Executive Officer of two of the most aggressive growth land lease community groups, GemLife and Living Gems, and in addition last September, he launched Aliria, which was awarded the first vertical land lease community approval.
Along the way, he became joint owner of Prospecta Utilities with Mondo, part of the Victorian network operator AusNet. It is an end-to-end energy and communications company that delivers solar, batteries and private 5G networks for villages and land lease communities. After a six-month trial, his GemLife residents at one resort are reporting an average power bill of just $8 a quarter.
