With its global headquarters in the United States, Home Instead is the world’s largest home care provider with more than 1,200 offices in 12 countries.

Since the departure of Australian founders Martin and Sarah Warner in 2022, Home Instead Australia has continued to grow its market share with its franchise model enabling the operator to rapidly expand its business at relatively low cost.

In FY23, the group increased its ranking to be the fourth largest home care
