Serenitas has changed the name of Affinity Lifestyle Resorts to Thyme Lifestyle Resort Moreton Bay adding to the Thyme Lifestyle Resort portfolio on the East Coast with Hervey Bay and Evans Head under construction.
“The new multimillion-dollar Country Club at Thyme Lifestyle Resort Moreton Bay will open in September 2021. Under the new Thyme branding, Thyme Lifestyle Resort Moreton Bay will boast both a new Country Club and a separate Blue Gum Pavilion, offering homeowners a wide selection of best-in-class leisure facilities including a cinema, fitness studio, community dining spaces, outdoor heated magnesium pool, spa, bowling green and a whole lot more,” said Rob Nichols (pictured right), CEO of Thyme Lifestyle Resorts parent company Serenitas.
Home designs in Stage 2 are selling now from $398,000 in the gated lifestyle resort.
Serenitas owns and operates 16 land lease communities including Thyme Lifestyle Resorts, National Lifestyle Villages, Latitude 25 RV Lifestyle Community, The Outlook at Albany, Vantage at Vasse, and RV Homebase Fraser Coast.
