Levande to build 41 new apartments after demolishing oldest part of Cardinal Freeman retirement village in Sydney inner west

The turning the sod ceremony last Monday marked the start of construction of Wattle, on the site of the former Building One, which is expected to take two years. 

Levande Cardinal Freeman, which had 240 apartments when built by EPM Projects for $120 million in 2019, is a vertical retirement village with an award-winning clubhouse.
