Lyndoch Living appoints Jill Davidson Acting CEO

Lyndoch Living has appointed Jill Davidson (above) as its new Acting CEO, replacing Ted Rayment after three months at the helm of the Victorian Not For Profit.

Jill, who has more than 20 years in C-suite and executive roles for health and aged care both locally and overseas, took up the position on Monday. According to Lyndoch’s Board President Susan Cassidy (pictured), she will build on the “significant work” done by Ted during his tenure as Acting CEO, which began in September.

“Our priority has always been on providing high-quality and safe care to our residents and supporting our committed team of professionals who deliver this care. The appointment of Ms Jill Davidson will provide ongoing stability for our service and bring additional expertise that will continue our momentum.

“We extend our deepest gratitude and appreciation to Mr Rayment for his support and expertise during these past few months. Lyndoch Living has been fortunate to secure and receive the services of such an experienced leader and we are incredibly thankful to Mr Rayment for stepping in when we needed,” she said.

Susan will be Lyndoch’s third Acting CEO since Doreen Power went on leave in August.
