10-year dream becomes reality as strata retirement living Grandton Applecross opens Grandton Roshana Care in Perth, WA

The former CFO at Baptistcare and Bethanie in WA was at the launch of Grandton Roshana Care in Applecross on Friday, 27 September, when Western Australia Premier Roger Cook did the honours alongside Roshana Aged Care Founder and CEO Dr Rosh Jalagge, who is also the Honorary Consul of Sri Lanka in Western Australia and Roshana Aged Care Managing Director Priyanka Gamage.

The 10-bed Classic suites and 60sqm Premium suites will complement the residents' personal and clinical care requirements delivered into their strata apartments as required.

Grandton Applecross opened in July, as a strata title 80-apartment building. All one-bedroom units have sold, with two-bedroom units priced from $1.395 million and three-bedroom units from $2.82 million.
