A unique and successful seniors living model: the eight-storey vertical community is a 35 year old joint venture between Willoughby City Council and Housing NSW.
It offers 44 independent living apartments, 70 single rooms for assisted living that includes a 14-bed dementia care facility and 37 social housing units.
When The Weekly SOURCE asked Kelvin Neave, CEO, about the success of the model and the diversity of all his residents, he said: “whilst we were most unique in the sector from our beginnings all those years ago, and still are today, I believe it is in the delivery of my messaging about community and diversity within our complex.”
