Lincoln Place has officially opened its new Campbell Estate land lease community at Cessnock, in the NSW Hunter region.
Cessnock City Council Mayor Jay Suvaal, and Dan Repacholi MP, Federal Member for Hunter (both pictured above, L-R), cut the ribbon on Campbell Estate last Friday. The site, which is already home to 70 residents, will have 165 homes on completion, as well as community facilities such as covered pool, community garden, gym, bowling green, and sports pavilion.
According to Lincoln Place Development Manager Matt Conlon, around 95% of the first stage and 60% of the second stage have already sold out.
“Residents seeking to downsize and remain in the area will be able to purchase a new home with all the modern fittings and join a strong community where the facilities and activities support the lifestyle they desire,” he said.
Lincoln Place earlier this year announced it was seeking permission to build another LLC, Terrace Country Club, in the Hunter Valley.
