Montefiore wins MBA award for luxury Randwick retirement village

Jewish Not For Profit Montefiore has won a Master Builders Association (MBA) award for its luxury M by Montefiore retirement living development at Randwick in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

M by Montefiore, which comprises 79 apartments, took out the 2022 Master Builders Association NSW Excellence in Construction Award in the Lifestyle Living Over 55s category.

M by Montefiore, completed in 2020, has sold out all apartments and now has a waitlist; according to Montefiore President David Freeman, it is now planning its final stage including more units, retail, and a community plaza.
