Telstra Health and Hayylo partner to simplify digital technology adoption in care services industry

1 min read

Telstra Health, one of the leading providers of aged, disability and community care software in Australia, has selected software platform, Hayylo, as a partner for care recipient and community communication.

The companies aim to simplify digital technology adoption in the care services industry by integrating their platforms and offering capabilities to interact with care recipients and their loved ones.

“Our companies share the same drive for a more connected and tech-enabled sector. Hayylo is a well-developed communication platform that complements our solutions as an added value to our client base,” said Michael Donnelly, Telstra Health’s Head of Aged & Disability.

A number of providers across Australia, such as Life Care, Goodwin Aged Care, and Southern Cross Care Tasmania, have an integrated digital solution from Telstra Health and Hayylo.

“We wanted a two-way conversation with care recipients and to open ourselves up to them. Hayylo and Telstra Health working together really made it easy for our care recipients and us to get there,” said Michael Wickham, Southern Cross Care Tasmania’s Manager of Sales and Customer Experience.

Telstra Health paid $95 million for 70% of Adelaide-based PowerHealth, a global leader in healthcare and hospital software solutions, as reported by The Weekly Source last month.
