The Not For Profit home care specialist has acquired the home care operations of the Ballina-based community-based, Not For Profit organisation.

In transitioning out of home care, St Andrew's will retain its focus on residential aged care and retirement living. The acquisition will take effect on 2 December 2024.

Rodd Yourell

integratedliving has more than 22,000 home care clients in regional, rural and remote areas of Queensland, New South Wales, and Tasmania, and 1,100 staff.

The provider has a strategic focus on growing sustainable home care operations in regional communities across Australia, and has identified the NSW Far North Coast Aged Care Planning Region as a key regional location.

St Andrew's CEO Rodd Yourell said, "integratedliving already has a strong presence in the NSW Far North Coast through its community care and wellness programs, and both organisations share the same values for clients, staff, and the broader community."

In January 2024, St Andrew's was announced as the purchaser of the former Feros Byron Bay, which Feros had announced would close. A community campaign found a buyer in St Andrew's, and the home has remained open, with a $3 million refurbishment and name change to George's Cottages.
