Rapid construction is taking place to build Living Choice’s retirement community, Flagstaff Hill, 16km from Adelaide’s CBD. It is South Australia’s first fully integrated golf course/retirement community.
Approval has also been given for the final stage which includes a new clubhouse with apartments above it. It will also incorporate a Wellness Centre which will be open to the public.
Home price rises take place tomorrow (1 June) with Stages 1 and 2, comprising 42 villas and 17 apartments in The Range building. Approval for Flagstaff Hill was given in June 2019.
A three-bedroom, two bathrooms, 1.5 garages and balcony price rises from $722,900 to $759,900.
A two-bedroom, two bathrooms, 1.5 garages and patio goes from $584,900 to $615,900.Living Choice has 10 operational villages in SA, QLD and NSW, with plans underway for two additional communities aside from Flagstaff Hill.
