Aveo wins Best Use of Video at 2024 Internal Talent Awards

Its ‘Bring Your Passion to Life’ campaign won the retirement village operator, owned by Brookfield, a national accolade for excellence at the 2024 Internal Talent Awards (ITAs). 

The ITAs recognise the highest performing recruitment teams across Australia in all industries, including major multinational companies.

Aveo’s Chief People and Risk Officer, Joshua Little (pictured), said Aveo’s Talent Acquistion Team was honoured to be recognised in the awards held in Melbourne on 5 September. 

“It is a fantastic achievement for the team and the first time that Aveo has developed a research-led Employee Value Proposition highlighting the culture, values and benefits of working for Aveo,’’ he  said. 

“Instead of shooting a typical Q&A interview, the team took a more immersive approach. The team filmed employees in action across all areas of Aveo, showcasing natural interactions with residents and team members, leaving the microphones on to capture candid moments of laughter, tears, jokes, and joy. It gave the project so much heart.’’
