Dr Kaushik Sridhar, who built and led Regis’ first and award-winning Sustainability Program, today (Monday) starts a newly created role Head of Sustainability at Levande, the third largest retirement living provider in the nation.
Kaushik’s last role was General Manager of Social Responsibility & ESG Reporting at Sydney-based Evolution Mining from August 2020. He has also worked for KPMG, EY and Unisys where he has built and led multi-million-dollar and award-winning sustainability programs and strategies.
“In this newly created role, I will be working closely with Levande’s Executive and Operations teams, the Board, and leveraging the EQT network, to support the deployment and management of Levande’s ambition to be sustainability leaders for our industry,” he said.
In addition to his full-time role, Kaushik has previously held a number of non-executive directorship roles including Bioregional Australia, Climate Alliance, Fair Trade Association of Australia and New Zealand and the Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation. He is currently a brand Ambassador for Opportunity International and Better Futures Australia.
Kaushik is also an Adjunct Lecturer at the Australian Institute of Business teaching Corporate Governance as part of its MBA program. He has previously worked as an adjunct lecturer at Kaplan Business School, Monash University, University of Melbourne and RMIT University teaching MBA courses including Leadership and Corporate Sustainability.
