First stage of Ozcare’s Rendu Towers vertical village in Brisbane 40% sold out

1 min read

Ozcare has sold 40% of the residences in the first stage of its new Rendu Towers development in Newstead, Brisbane, a month after sales opened.

The vertical retirement village with co-located aged care will house 53 apartments in its first-stage North Tower, and is slated to open in 2023.

Next month will see the launch of Rendu Towers’ on-site sales and display suite; in an email, the operator said it had plenty of appointments booked already.

“From mid-September prospects will be able to have a one-on-one private sales appointment with David Ellis, Customer Service Consultant, on-site in Newstead at Rendu Towers retirement village,” said Ozcare.

“Future residents are already getting excited about seeing their apartment light up on the interactive architectural model and tour our prototype 2-bedroom display apartment on level 8.”
