The Gold Coast-based land lease operator, led by its Director and CEO Adrian Puljich (pictured), is continually looking to innovate.
The latest venture is a three-year agreement with LifeChanger, which aims to help young individuals to lead full and meaningful lives.
Adrian wants the partnership to involve its residents, where they would share their life experiences to try and inspire the youngsters in the LifeChanger programs.
“I know our residents and contract holders have lifetimes of experience and wisdom to offer as mentors for the foundation’s schools’ program. I cannot wait for our over-50s communities to be part of this in 2024,” he said.
“Mentoring creates real connections with young people in the extended community and I’m looking forward to GemLife being a force for positive change in the lives of our nation’s youth.”
On Friday last week, a training session (pictured) was held at GemLife’s headquarters to equip staff volunteering their time to participate in LifeChanger's national schools’ program.
