Keyton CEO Nathan Cockerill opened the new Sirius Building at The Baytree by Ardency in Greenwich, on the Lower North Shore of Sydney, 7km northwest of the CBD, last Thursday.
The four-brand new, whole floor, sub-penthouses with three-bedrooms and two bathrooms constitute the Sirius Building and when launched, they were on sale from $4 million. When the last one sold, it went for around $5 million.
The Baytree penthouses fetch $6 million and on inspection, it is easy to see why. Sirius’ new sub-penthouses have the wow factor at every turn. Architects Cottee Parker are to be congratulated.
“These new apartments are the first new additions to The Baytree since it was completed in 2008,” Nathan said.
“The whole floor sub-penthouses present a high standard of luxury living to complement existing residences, as well as the beautiful setting at Greenwich.”
The Sirius Building project was first hit by COVID-19 and then builder GCB Constructions folded. Richard Crookes Construction took over.
A show-stopper hair and beauty salon has been upgraded to The Baytree’s amenities as part of the Sirius project.
The Baytree by Ardency is a cut-above most independent living buildings and it is easy to see why.
