The multi-million dollar masterplanned Northern Beaches Lifestyle Estate in the suburb of Mount Low, will feature 350 freestanding homes over four stages and extensive lifestyle facilities including two swimming pools for over 50s.
Lincoln Place Chief Executive Officer Paul Yeo said Townsville City Council gave the development unanimous approval.
“It’s a place people will be proud to live in.” said Paul, adding land leasing is now a widely accepted housing model in Australia because of the value it brings to individuals and communities.
“Seniors living is changing, and it’s about time.”
Early works at the Northern Beaches Lifestyle Estate, located adjacent to the Sanctum masterplanned community, are expected to start by mid-2025.
