With the strata Community Apartment Project (CAPs) due for completion by developers Norup+Wilson in April/May, Dr Rosh Jalagge’s Roshana Care has been appointed to service the 10-bed care hub plus personal and clinical care services.
The concept CAPs concept has been the inspiration of John Frame, the former Bethanie and Baptistcare WA CFO.

Grandton Applecross, in the affluent riverside suburb of Applecross, will be a boutique strata-titled development with up to 80 apartments and a 10 bed Private Care Suite. One-bedroom apartments are selling from $859,000, two-bedroom from $1.287 million and three-bedroom from $2.195 million.
