Pradella Property Ventures will build 162 land lease community homes in the centre of Toowoomba (at Harristown) under their Seachange Lifestyle Resort brand, their third LLC community, adding to Arundel and Emerald Lakes on the Gold Coast.

Their planning application is for a density of 21 dwellings per hectare over the 7.8ha development area.

MD David Pradella made his name as the first entrepreneur to build serviced apartments in Australia.
