“Everyone works in sales”: the DCM Institute’s next series of Professional Development Days start in two weeks’ time

Village Management and sales both carry KPIs and legal obligations. This series of workshops will explore the mindset of ‘everyone works in sales,’ focusing on the customer journey and process operators must have in place for success…and compliance. 

The DCM Institute stages three full day events each year in each Capital City: two professional Development days plus the annual Village Summit. 

This July/August the DCM Institute has assembled subject matter experts to share their experiences on the subject. Joining the DCM Institute team will be:
