In a move that will see Founders Ben Hindmarsh and Nick Collishaw focus on the strategic growth of Lincoln Place, the appointment reflects how the business has grown since 2018.
Paul joined Lincoln Place 12 months ago as Director of Institutional Capital. Prior to Lincoln Place, he was Group Head of Strategy and Corporate Finance at Asia Pacific logistics developer and fund manager, LOGOS Group.
The Founders will continue their active involvement in the business as executive directors and Nick as Chairman.
Lincoln Place also appointed Scott Noble as Chief Financial Officer in 2023. Scott was previously CFO at ASX-listed Ingenia Communities.
“Lincoln Place has grown rapidly in the past three years and the expansion of our senior executive team will continue to build the capability within the business to deliver on our existing portfolio and capitalise on a deep pipeline of opportunities in the active and growing senior living sector,” Ben said.
Launched in 2018, Lincoln Place operates 21 land lease communities across NSW, ACT, Victoria, and Queensland employing more than 150 people. Working with New York based global investor and business partner Cerberus Capital Management, the business is focused on expanding its provision of age-appropriate housing solutions along the east coast of Australia.
