Final release of six homes at Ingenia Lifestyle’s Over-50s Nature’s Edge on QLD’s Sunshine Coast

1 min read

The master-planned land lease resort, which took place after Ingenia Communities bought The Village Forest Glen, comprising 51 permanent homes, and the Forest Glen Holiday Resort, which formed part of an approved 68-home expansion, is about to release the final six homes to complete the community.

“This is really the last chance to be part of this premium residence – most of the homes are already sold and this final release will likely not last long,” Chris Howard, Senior Development Manager at Ingenia Communities, said.

Five of the six homes in Nature's Edge have a two-bedroom, two-bathroom layout with a multipurpose room (MPR) or study, plus an alfresco entertaining area and two car spaces, while one home has three bedrooms instead of a study or MPR. Prices are from $1.5 million.

The Weekly SOURCE reported in August last year Ingenia Lifestyle was spending $10 million on a second community hub at Nature's Edge featuring a resort-style outdoor pool and spa, yoga and Pilates space, gym and change rooms, sauna, hairdressing salon, shared kitchen, barbecue area, dining room, quiet retreat space and a social space anchored by a bar and balcony with rainforest views.
